Kyle Cooper and Duke Delancelotti founded Toobs Distribution in June of 2017. Kyle and Duke’s original vision for their company was simple and straightforward: To provide quality products that smokers know and trust. It was their vision to make Toobs relatable. Being smokers themselves, they wanted their customers to know they genuinely cared about the products they carried, and would not sell any products they themselves would not consume.

As Kyle puts it, “At Toobs our goal is to make sure you and your customers are happy! We are selective in the products we carry to ensure the upmost satisfaction. Our motto is, If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, we probably won’t be carrying it. Our products are all name brand so they are able to grab the customers’ attention right away! Everything we carry is something as stoners we would all use, it makes selling the products we carry fun because we know everything about them!”

Their company has pivoted heavily into the glass game. They sell some of the top brands in the industry like Antidote Glass, Mav Glass and Zob Glass. They pride themselves on wrapping glass, and never pre-wrap any pieces, to ensure the safety of a customer’s order while in transit.

Toob’s staff is extremely knowledgeable and always available if you have any questions, comments or concerns. They received an award in 2019, for being the #1 Distributor for Mav Glass in the Country with the highest number of products sold along with the highest gross sales for any distributor.

Toobs marketing philosophy has led to success and rapid growth. As Duke explains it, “We are currently on our third facility in three and a half years. Our first facility was only 1,300 square feet in Anaheim, CA, and it was a great little starter building for us. We then moved to Aliso Viejo, CA. That building was 3,500 sqf and that was a BIG jump for us, but we quickly outgrew that facility. We are now located in Fullerton, CA. This current location is 5,000 sqf and we’re bursting at the seams. Over the past three years we have been able to maintain a 94% customer retention rate which is something our team is proud of!”

“Our company has changed in the last 12 months; we have added plenty of new hemp wrap brands and expanded our King Palm inventory dramatically. When it comes to Flavored King Palms our team will always be able to assist you with that. We also expanded our Banger inventory; Alien Flower Monkey has some of the cleanest and most unique Bangers on the market. In 2020 alone, we sold to 2,048 locations with customers in Japan, Australia and Europe!” adds Kyle.

Their target market is still Smoke shops and Online headshops, making it a priority to educate shop owners on the importance of having certain products on their shelves. They sell all of their products through their online website www.ToobsDistribution.com, and also deliver products to local stores that they have been working with for the past three and a half years.
